STH Labs provides custom software development services. Project scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables for any specific engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between STH Labs and the client, not by this website.
Quotes
Quotes provided in response to a contact form submission are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not binding until confirmed in writing after scope is finalized.
Intellectual property
Ownership of code and deliverables produced for a client project transfers to the client upon full payment, as detailed in the project's written agreement.
Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. STH Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
